1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pteri Wallet, including the Android App or iOS App ("App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pteri Wallet is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet designed for Litecoin, supporting NFTs. It features decentralized two-factor protection using keys you hold and is available as an Android App and iOS App. You retain full control of your private keys, seed phrases, and assets across all platforms. We do not custody your assets or have access to them. This wallet is a service offered by KAKR Platform Inc.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the App on any platform. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys, seed phrases, and devices across all platforms.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to Litecoin, NFTs, and decentralized services.
• You are fully responsible for your data and any loss resulting from lost or compromised keys. We cannot recover your wallet or assets if you lose access.
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, phishing, user error, or failure to secure your keys on any platform.

5. Risks

Using Pteri Wallet on any platform (Android App or iOS App) involves risks, including loss of funds due to lost keys, software bugs, market volatility, or failure of decentralized services. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content across all platforms are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part without our consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App on any platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App on any platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for securing your assets.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App on any platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
